What does Women's MenstraCalm™ do?
MenstraCalm™ combines natural phytonutrients, herbs, vitamins and minerals to provide support before and during your monthly menstrual cycle. Chinese herbs Dong Quai, Xiang Fu, Shu Di Huang and Lindera, and the European herb Chaste-tree fruit (Vitex) have a long history of traditional use for menstrual support. Muscle relaxation is promoted by magnesium and calcium. Folic Acid helps to replenish the blood.
Jarrow FORMULA® Bone-Up® is also recommended during menstruation.
NOTE: Avoiding cold foods and cold drinks may help relieve symptoms during menstruation.
Suggested Usage:
Take 4 capsules before breakfast starting about 10 days before the onset of menstruation and continuing until 2–3 days after menstruation begins. Take up to 6 capsules as needed.
Other Ingredients:
Magnesium stearate (vegetable source). Capsule consists of gelatin.
