REFUND POLICY:
We guarantee the purity of every product we sell. We guarantee that label claims are true and accurate representations of ingredients and dosages. We offer a full Money Back Guarantee on any product that does not meet these standards of purity and integrity. With dietary supplements, individual response and outcomes will vary. We cannot guarantee your expectation of results. Unopened products can be returned for a full refund. We do not accept returns on opened products unless product purity or integrity is compromised. If there is a problem with your order, please call customer service at 800-371-LIFE to discuss return. If the error was Freshlife’s, we will pay return shipping. Otherwise, shipping charges are the buyer’s responsibility. All returns must be made within 15 days of purchase. All refunds will be credited to the credit card used at the time of purchase. Credit will be applied within 2 business days of receipt of the returned merchandise.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY POLICY:
We ship orders only to addresses within the continental United States. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. You will not be billed until the items ship. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified by phone or email. Your order will be shipped USPS, priority mail. Larger orders may be shipped via Fed Ex. We will determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. Please note the following:

• Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
• Orders ship out Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.
• Please allow 7-10 days for delivery.
• During warm weather, we may opt to ship Mon - Wed only
• All perishable items require express or 2 day shipping. Please phone 1-888-371-LIFE for shipping quote on perishables.

SHIPPING/HANDLING COSTS:
Supplements only: Shipping is free on all orders over $40
Supplements only: Orders under $40 are charged $5.95 shipping/handling
Grocery, personal care and misc. items: Orders are billed at actual shipping cost plus $2.50 processing/handling. Because costs vary by weight and zone, we will phone or email you (as per your stated preference) with the shipping costs. We will get your approval before processing the order. Please note: out of state orders will not be charged sales tax. Orders within PA will be charged 6% sales tax. There is no tax on supplements or grocery items.
