For most people, the spring and summer months are the best time of year. Birds are chirping, daffodils are blooming, flowering trees exploding with color, lawnmowers starting up, new leaves pushing forth in every shade of green. With all this bursting forth of new life comes pollen—sometimes so much pollen that a light dusting of it can be seen on picnic tables, windowsills and windshields.
Many of us don’t take much note of pollen and pollen counts. However, for the 40 million Americans who are plagued by seasonal allergies, spring and summer are also known as the “hay fever season.”
An allergy is defined as a state of hypersensitivity caused by exposure to a particular substance, known as the allergen. When activated by allergen exposure, mast cells in the body of the allergy sufferer will degranulate (lose cell-wall integrity) and release their stores of inflammatory compounds. This causes tissue-damaging enzymes and histamines to flood the system and provoke the classic symptoms of allergies such as sinus blockage, itchy throat, runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing. The most common trigger of seasonal allergies is pollen. Other common allergens include dust, mold, mites, cat hair and animal dander.
For relief, many turn to medications. Americans spend $6 billion dollars annually on allergy remedies – many of which cause side effects such as nervousness, fatigue, headache and drowsiness. Anti-histamines dry out nasal passages, but also cause a drying of mucosal tissue elsewhere in the body where such an effect is not desirable.
Fortunately, there is a safe, natural and very effective alternative to OTC and prescription allergy medications that offers proven relief. Claiming over a decade of research, Aller-7 ® is the most clinically proven remedy available to promote respiratory health and normal breathing both seasonally and year-round. Many physicians are aware of Aller-7 because of the available published research.
Dr. Kathleen London, MD is a busy family practice physician and professor at Tufts University Medical School. Dr. London uses Aller-7 extensively with her patients, stating, “Aller-7 is different from every other allergy medication in that it has no side effects. None. Aller-7 is also one of the most well-researched natural medicines on the planet.”
In the research Dr. London refers to, Aller-7 was comparable to anti-allergy pharmaceutical drugs. The potent anti-allergy activity observed in the test models is consistent with clinical findings that Aller-7 helps relieve symptoms in those suffering from hay fever and airborne allergies. Aller-7 is a patented, proprietary blend of seven standardized herbal extracts, which when used in combination with a proper diet, promotes respiratory health and normal breathing seasonally and all year round.
Aller-7 by itself takes about 30 days to reach its full potential. A formula known as Aller-7 Support® gets to work much faster. The Support formula adds natural enzymes, vitamins and herbs to the original Aller-7. Each of these additional nutrients is designed to provide rapid relief from allergy symptoms.
Mel McKee, Freshlife Wellness Coach and resident veterinary expert, recommends Aller-7 for dogs. Mel reports that pet owners are delighted with Aller-7’s effectiveness at alleviating hot spots, itchy skin, chronic staph infections and other symptoms of canine allergies.
