Go Raw Snack Bars

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup walnuts (sub almonds, cashews or pecans)
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1½ cups whole, pitted dates
  • 1½ cups raisins
  • pinch sea salt

Directions:

Pulse all ingredients in food processor until mixture holds together when pressed.
Press mixture into 9-inch square pan and chill. Cut into squares to serve.

Prep and Cook Time: 10 minutes

Makes 30 - 1½" bars
