Green power shake

Basic Recipe:

6-8 oz pure spring water or filtered water
6-8 oz organic unfiltered apple juice
(or other juice of your choice, citrus not recommended)
1-3 tablespoons Barlean’s Greens
Start slowly and increase the amount of greens gradually according to bowel tolerance.
1 scoop whey protein powder (unflavored or vanilla )

 

Optional Ingredients:

1 tablespoon organic flax seed oil
1 – 2 tablespoons Clear Fiber
¼ cup berries (fresh or frozen)
1 banana
1 tablespoon Nutri-Fortiflax (ground, organic flax meal)
1 scoop Multi Nutrient Powder
2 tablespoons Buried Treasure liquid multi vitamin.
1 tablespoon bee pollen
1 tablespoon raw wheat germ
1 tablespoon chia seed

Blend all ingredients on high for one minute or until smooth and creamy. Sip slowly and enjoy.
