Beautifully clean Beauty’s building blocks

Everybody knows that if you want your body to function at its optimum, you need to eat right, exercise, get adequate rest and take your vitamins. No newsflash here, but what do you do if you want really fabulous skin, hair and nails? Guess what - you need to eat right, exercise, get adequate rest and…take your vitamins.

There are scores of wonderful and effective products in the personal care department that can enhance the appearance of your hair, skin and nails. There are creams to nourish, to hydrate, to firm and to exfoliate. You’ll find products to add moisture and shine to your hair as well as products to maintain that gorgeous color. (I promise I’ll never tell.) There are ointments to condition your cuticles and make your nails look their healthiest.

When you get the right product, it can make all the difference in the world. My grandfather taught me from an early age that you need the right tool for the right job. I also remember something about measure twice; cut once. At any rate, it is important to know that whatever is going on with your body externally is the direct result of what is going on inside. Our skin, the largest organ of the body, is like a mirror of our inner state of health.

Skin, hair and nails are living tissues that require specific nutrients in order to thrive and exude that healthy glow. Pardon my presumption, but I think I can speak for all of us here when I say that we want to maintain that for as long as we can. Vitamin A is necessary for repairing and maintaining healthy skin tissues. Vitamins C and E are needed to provide the antioxidants to protect our skin cells from the ravages of free radicals. In case you’re not sure what free radicals are, it may suffice to say that they are the dirty rotten scoundrels that rob our skin and body of its youthful appearance long before the calendar says it should. Our hair must have vitamins B-6, B-12 and folic acid to remain lustrous and healthy. Vitamins E and C, and minerals like selenium and zinc feed the nails and keep them strong. Get the picture?

The combination of supplements such as probiotics, essential fatty acids, a multivitamin and plenty of pure water taken internally combined with topical applications of nontoxic and nutrient-dense body products will take your skin-care regimen over the top. After a few weeks of making these changes, people will wonder what you’ve been up to!

If you are already taking your flax oil, drinking plenty of water, taking your multivitamin and still feel like you need a little something extra, may I recommend Freshlife’s own Hair, Skin & Nails Formula? Although it is not meant to replace your multivitamin, think of it as therapeutic nutrition for your hair, skin and nails. It is loaded with vitamins, minerals and herbs that support and enhance those three types of connective tissue. When you really make the commitment and the investment in taking care of your skin, you will not only enjoy health and vitality, but when you look into the mirror and see that beautiful image smiling back at you, you will feel better all day long, and for years to come.

Freshlife has everything you need to claim and preserve the beauty you were born with, and I am here to show you how.
